Major Titles Inbound For 3DS


Today’s Nintendo Conference centered around the 3DS and what we, as consumers, can expect to see for the handheld which to be honest promised much before launch but failed, just by a bit, to deliver. Well, today marked the event that everyone was waiting for…the announcement of games! Feast your eyes on the list below, absolutely smashing with a couple of old favourites, a virtual idol and a new RPG from one of the largest developers in the world. Read on…

  • Hatsune Miku Project Mirai
    A rhythm based game featuring the big head Nendoroid as a bonus feature. The game will also feature some AR dance performances which promises to be something new. March 2012 is the expected date for this one.
  • Fire Emblem
    An all new installment in the turn based strategy fan favourite which for the first time will feature co-op play. Look for this one in 2012.
  • Shinrei Camera
    From Tecmo Koei comes a portable installment of scary ghost game, Fatal Frame. Unfortunately no release date for this one.
  • SD Gundam G Generation 3D
    Look for the latest Gundam release on December 22nd with a price tag of ¥6,090. This new release release from Level-5 was announced a while back but was only confirmed as being for the 3DS today.
  • Culdcept
    From developer Omiya Soft comes this popular strategy game due for release in 2012.
  • Culchopit
    Due for release in 2012, this game brings a soccer simulation game from Parity Bit’s Hiroyuki Sonobe to the Nintendo 3DS. Should be good.
  • Friend Collection
    This DS game, which was a Japan only release, receives a 3DS port.
  • Dynasty Warriors VS
    Boasting 4 player competitive gameplay, Tecmo Koei’s latest entry in the Dynasty Warriors series will be hitting the 3DS in 2012.
  • Bravely Default: Flying Fairy
    Square Enix is bringing a new RPG to the 3DS in 2012. It will play like an school RPG but will also feature AR features and Akihiko Yoshida characters.
