Some cool footage now presented by a Japanese Subculture broadcast station called, WAORYU, who recently released a video showing how people in Japanese like to cosplay as they karaoke.
It’s what’s known as a “Cos-Kara” party where everyone who takes part is also a cosplayer and they only perform anime themed songs during the party. A few of the cosplayers are also skilled at “Otagei”, the practice of dancing in the style seen in animes and idol tracks and clips. In this particular clip, they do the “Otagei” holding glowsticks. Jump to around the 1:40 mark of the video to see the action.
