A Silent Voice Review (Blu Ray)

A Silent Voice Review (Blu Ray)

This is going to be a quick review of the release of this amazing film on blu ray. We caught A Silent Voice in the cinema during its theatrical release and gave it big thumbs up. If you missed that review, you can catch it here.

The film is already a stellar film but this blu ray release rounds out this release making it a must buy. Let’s take a look at the special features. It comes with two music videos featuring tracks heard in the film; Koi wo Shita wa by AIKO and Koe no Katachi (A Silent Voice) by Speed of Youth, a trailer in Japanese, numerous Japanese TV spots, an English language TV spot from the UK, a featurette showcasing locations in the film and their real life counterparts in Japan.

Also packages are interviews featuring the Director, Character Designer, Art Director and Music Composer.

A solid offering from Madman that takes a poignant, touching film and gives it extras which compliment it nicely.
