Not much news has been coming out of Japan or Square Enix around the eagerly anticipated Final Fantasy VII remake but an image recently leaked out of SE HQ. The image below was shown during the Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary Opening Ceremony.

We’ve heard about a couple of much loved Final Fantasy VII characters, Aerith Gainsborough and Cloud Strife, making an appearance of sorts in the upcoming Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII. Now we have video confirmation that this feature will also be coming to the West so if you’ve been wanting to see Lightning parading around in a different couple of outfits then you’ll love the clip below!
It’s been a long time coming and it definitely was released a lifetime ago but now a Square Enix classic has seen a new release. Final Fantasy VII has only just seen a PC port titled Final Fantasy VII International.
The pc version sill support HD screens offering a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and also marks the first time that the game has been made available on Japanese PC’s. Here’s a trailer on the new International version.
