Project X Zone 2 Demo Hits eShop

Project X Zone was one of the more exciting and versatile games on the Nintendo 3DS. The collaboration between Sega, Capcom and Namco Bandai brought together many characters from multiple fan favourite series’. I was a HUGE fan of the first game so when news of a sequel was announced, you could say I was excited!

Even better is the news that in the past 48 hours, a demo has hit the eShop with even better game play than the first game. This will definitely be a day one purchase for me! Here’s a trailer showing some awesome action.

Early Sales Stats For J-Stars Victory VS

As we reported earlier, J-Stars Victory VS launched recently in Japan and it made a dent on the software chart with both PS3 and PS Vita showing up on there. Buts just how well is this eagerly anticipated title performing in Japan?

Media Create, who tracks all sales in Japan, has announced that the PS3 version of the game managed to sell through 86.55% of its allocated stock while the PS Vita version shifted 89.25% copies. Not bad for early figures and Media Create are indicating that they’re expecting to see more copies sold over the coming weeks. Given the success of the Nintendo DS title, Jump Superstars, which shifted 745, 000 copies all together, they’re predicting more success for this title, even more so for the PS Vita version.

New Character Trailers For J-Stars Victory VS

If you’ve been following Japandaman for a while now, you would know that we’re huge fans of games that cross series’ and franchises. Games like Project X Zone, Jump Super Stars and the upcoming J-Stars Victory VS really get excited and eager with anticipation.

Here’s a handful of new character trailer for the 45th anniversary Shonen Jump PS3/PS Vita game, J-Stars Victory VS which is looking amazing! The trailers give us a glimpse at Naruto, YuYu Hakusho‘s “Spirit Detective, Yuusuke Urameshi, Fist of the North Star‘s legendary martial artist Kenshiro, and Kankichi Ryotsu who you may know as the lead from a show that started back in 1976, Kochikame, a comedy cop show.




J-Stars Victory VS Releases New Trailers

Seems like it’s the time for new trailers for all upcoming games with Namco Bandai releasing a new one for massive fighting game, J-Stars Victory VS. The game is in commemoration of the 45th anniversary of Shonen Jump and by all accounts is shaping to be a great title with loads of action.

Here’s a few new trailers for the game which introduces players to the basics followed by some action from Himura Kenshin, Goku and Luffy.

The game hits Japan on March 19 for PS3 and PS Vita.

J-Stars Victory VS Update

Another update rolls in for Shonen Jump’s 45th anniversary game, J-Stars Victory VS. This time around it’s about the inclusion of a new character.

Fist of the North Star is now also represented by the new inclusion of Kenshiro joining the likes of other franchises such as Bleach, One Piece, Dragon Ball Z plus loads more!
