If you’re a fan of classic gaming and remember the system that was seriously underrated, the Nintendo GameCube, then you might also recall an absolute gem of a game from Suda51 called Killer7. If you’ve never heard of this classic (shame), here’s a trailer below:
Let’s not forget that the title was also produced by Shinji Mikami from Resident Evil and The Evil Within fame. This was a seriously messed up title back in the day and even in today’s hardcore market still manages to hold some shock value. If this sounds intriguing, there’s no need to hunt down a GameCube or a copy of the game as this cult classic is now being reborn to a new generation of gamers courtesy of Steam.
There’s an official page for the game on the Steam site and even better, here’s a release trailer for the release:
The new release of the game will be presented as a fully remastered HD release. If you’re a PC gamer yet to experience this classic, you’d be doing yourself a massive disservice not playing it.
Great day for fans of the survival horror genre with some new screenshots released for forthcoming game, The Evil Within. There’s an air of excitement for this game, not forgetting that it’s from the grandfather of survival horror, Shinji Mikami.
The game is being released on multiplatform from PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. It lands in North America on 26th of August and Europe on August 29th.
Shinji Mikami, known as the father of the survival horror genre for his work on Resident Evil, has another game in the works that is sure to scare a few people. Known as The Evil Within outside of Japan and Psycho Break in Japan, this game has its fair share of grotesque sights that will have the hair on the back of your neck prickling.
But don’t just take our word for it, here’s the newly released trailer which will keep you up at night.
A brand new trailer for the upcoming survival horror title, The Evil Within, has just hit the interwebs. The game from Bethesda Softworks and Tango Gameworks has had a special trailer put up for the Tokyo Game Show which kicks off tomorrow.
The game is good hands being directed by Shinji Mikami and will be released for PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC in 2014. Looks like proper survival horror might be making a comeback.
